How to make a fan transition from one photo
You do not need two outfit shoots or a ceiling fan. Follow this checklist onCreate once credits are available.
Reminder: do not attach a phone to a real fan for reference footage. Use a normal still photo taken safely.
Before you start
- Photo of an adult (18+) who agreed to AI video use
- JPG / PNG / WebP, under ~10 MB, decent lighting, face or body visible
- Credits: one-shot or pack from Pricing (Waffo when live)
Steps
Open Create
Go to /create/ and accept the adult + rights checkboxes.
Upload one photo
Drop or click. Preview appears. Fix blurry or tiny faces if the model struggles.
Confirm credits
Balance shows in the studio. One video = 1 credit at P0 pricing.
Generate
When FAL_KEY is set, the job runs image-to-video (~minutes depending on queue). Stub mode demos the UI without charging.
Download the MP4
Expect ~12–15s vertical. Post to TikTok / Reels / Shorts. Add your own licensed audio if needed.
Quality tips

If generation fails
Credits are restored on failed jobs after debit. Retry with a clearer crop. SeeFAQ → Refunds.
Export checklist for social
- Confirm vertical 9:16 (or letterbox acceptably).
- Add captions if your niche needs them.
- Use audio you have rights to — we do not bundle CapCut sounds.
- Disclose AI where your platform or local rules require it.
