Is this an official CapCut template or CapCut AI?
No. We are not affiliated with CapCut, ByteDance, or any CapCut creator program. “Ceiling Fan Transition” describes a viral edit style — not a trademark claim by us on CapCut’s brand.
Do I need to strap a phone to a real ceiling fan?
No — please don’t. That DIY method can damage devices and injure people. Our product generates the fan wipe with AI from a still photo. Safety first.
Adult consent — who can appear in the photo?
Only adults (18+) who consented to AI video generation. No minors. No strangers scraped from the web. No default celebrity likeness packs. You check consent boxes before Generate.
Copyright — who owns the output?
You need rights to the input photo. Subject to applicable law and our Terms, you may use generated videos you paid for in personal and commercial social posts. Do not upload others’ copyrighted stills without permission. We are not granting CapCut or music licenses.
Refunds & failed jobs
If a paid generation fails after debit (provider error, timeout), we restore the credit. Chargeback/refund for completed successful renders follows Terms — typically credits, not cash, unless required by law. Waffo handles payment rails when configured.
How long do you keep my photos?
About 30 days, then delete from active storage (see Privacy). Do not upload sensitive IDs or documents.
What if fal.ai / Waffo keys are not set?
P0 ships with a demoable Create UI and Waffo stubs. Marketing pages work without R2. Real renders need
FAL_*; live checkout needs WAFFO_*.
