Terms of Service
1. Service
Ceiling Fan Transition AI (“we”, “the Service”) lets adults upload a photo and purchase credits to generate short AI videos in a ceiling-fan outfit-transition style. Marketing and Create UI may be available before payment or generation providers are fully configured.
2. Not affiliated
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CapCut, ByteDance, any ceiling-fan manufacturer, or any music/rights holders associated with viral fan-transition trends. Do not imply official CapCut status.
3. Adult consent & prohibited content
You must be 18+ to use the Service. Uploaded images must depict adults who consented to AI processing. Prohibited: minors (anyone under 18), non-consensual intimate imagery, illegal content, and uploading celebrities as default “looks” you do not have rights to.
4. Safety
Do not strap phones or cameras to real fans. The Service does not require physical fan setups. You are responsible for safe real-world behavior.
5. Credits, payments, refunds
Credits are sold via Waffo (when configured). Failed generations after debit restore credits. Completed successful renders are generally non-refundable in cash except where law requires. Prices on /pricing/ may change.
6. Your content & license
You retain rights to your photos. You grant us a limited license to process them to provide the Service. Outputs are provided as-is; AI results may be imperfect or unexpected.
7. Retention
Uploaded photos and related job assets are retained for approximately 30 days, then deleted from active systems, subject to legal holds and backups’ staggered expiry. See Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness. We are not liable for indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where allowed.
